March on Washington

November 15th 1969







As the Vietnam war raged on in 1969, hundreds of thousands of deeply concerned Americans descended on Washington to demonstrate their outrage at what was widely considered an unjust and hopeless undertaking by our government. I went there with some friends, a couple of 35mm cameras, and lots of black and white film to capture the protest.
